Privacy Policy

This page explains what happens to your information when you visit our website or fill out one of our forms.

Who we are

This website belongs to High Point Home Solutions LLC, a roofing company in Jacksonville, Florida (FL License CCC1337520). You can reach us at (904) 803-7005 or info@highpointhomesolutionsfl.com.

What you give us

When you request a free inspection, we collect your name, email, phone number, property address, the service you need, whether your insurance company has contacted you about your roof, and any message you write, and whether you agreed to calls and texts.

When you enter our ticket giveaway, we collect your name, email, phone number and service status (Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard or Veteran). Entries sent by text or phone call are used only for this giveaway and are never sold or shared.

How we use it

We use inspection requests to contact you, schedule your inspection and follow up about your roof. We only text you if you checked the box agreeing to calls and texts, and you can reply STOP at any time. We use giveaway entries to run the giveaway, check that each person enters once, and contact the winner. Checking your service status happens when the winner claims the prize.

Where it goes

Form entries are stored in a database on Cloudflare, which also hosts this website, and are emailed to our office through Resend, an email delivery service. Both handle the information on our behalf and not for their own advertising.

To block spam, the website keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address with your submission and may use Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people from automated bots without puzzles or ad tracking. Cloudflare also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run and protect the site.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used, so we can improve the site. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't identify you.

We also use Google Analytics 4. Google processes analytics information on our behalf so we can understand site traffic and improve the website.

Google Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics may collect the pages you visit, the page that referred you here, general device and browser information, screen size, language, and interactions with the website. We do not send the information typed into our forms to Google Analytics. Google uses your IP address at collection time to estimate a general location, then discards it before the IP address is logged or stored.

Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. Google sets these cookies to expire after two years by default, although their expiration can be refreshed when you return.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, share it for advertising, or sign you up for a mailing list. The only analytics cookies are the Google Analytics cookies described above. Advertising storage, ad user data, ad personalization, and Google Signals are disabled.

How long we keep it

We keep inspection requests for as long as we're working with you, and for a reasonable time after that for our records. We keep giveaway entries until the giveaway is over and the prize is claimed. Ask us and we'll delete your information sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Google Analytics keeps this data for 14 months, then deletes it.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, call us at (904) 803-7005 or email info@highpointhomesolutionsfl.com. We'll answer within 30 days.

This website doesn't respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Children

This website is for homeowners and isn't aimed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
